Yoga sessions involve performing asanas (poses) integrating a "flow" nature (synchronization in entering and leaving a pose done in harmony with the breath). For a complete description of a yoga routine please see “Exercise Programs”. Mat Pilates, a mind-body exercise that uses techniques similar to the core strengthening poses we integrate in Yoga, is also available for you. Pilates is wonderful way to keep your tummy and your booty in perfect form and is also great for people recovering from injuries and/or surgery.
Or, if you'd like to get started right away, take a look at the public and private classes offered, pick a time that's convenient, and stay consistent. It really is easier than you think, and good for both your body and mind!
